51st Annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Festival Join us for the 51st annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Festival at the La Plata County Fairgrounds and Events Center. This three day festival takes place Friday, December 5 from 1pm-5pm, Saturday, December 6 from 9-5pm and Sunday, December 7 from 10am-3pm. The festival features 75 regional arts and crafts vendors, food, and prize drawings. Toys for Tots will be on location collecting toys for children 0-18 years old. The 2nd annual Four Corners AI Conference will be held on Monday, December 16 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Community Concert Hall at Fort Lewis College. Sponsored by the AI Institute at Fort Lewis College, the Durango Chamber of Commerce, and the La Plata Economic Development Alliance, the event includes keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and workshops focused on how artificial intelligence is being used in rural communities.
