UNHOUSED IN DURANGO will be presented by the League of Women Voters of La Plata County at 5:00 PM on Friday, November 7th at VFW Post 4031, 1550 Main Ave in Durango). Attend a forum where several community members experiencing homelessness will tell their stories and answer audience questions. Get a better perspective and put a face to your homeless neighbor, friend, or co-worker. Bring a dish to share (in a disposable container) and stay for a potluck dinner at 6:30. Leftovers will be given to the panelists. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to get to know your neighbors and share with folks who live outside in Durango.
