BEGINNING MARCH 6TH, THE CENTER OF SOUTHWEST STUDIES WILL FEATURE AN EXHIBIT TITLED “A LEGACY OF GIFTS: 60 YEARS OF THE CENTER OF SOUTHWEST STUDIES.” THIS EXHIBIT WILL RUN THROUGH NOVEMBER.

THE OPENING RECEPTION FOR THIS EXHIBIT WILL TAKE PLACE ON THURSDAY MARCH 6TH AT 4:30 P.M. and will feature artwork, arhives and other items donated to the center over the last six decades.

Great Garden Series Durango Public Library www.durangoco.gov/Library 970-375-3380 The Durango Botanic Gardens, CSU Extension Office, & Durango Public Library will debut their 2025 Great Garden Series in May. The series, which features talks by local plant and garden experts, will run from 4:30-6pm every second and fourth Wednesday of the month from May through September. The first program will be May 14: “Our Expert Panel Tackles Your Toughest Garden Questions.” The second program on May 28th will be “Deconstructing Soil Structure - what your plants are telling you?.” A full list of events and more information can be found at www.durangobotanicgardens.org/Events.
