Mother’s Day is a day to express appreciation, gratitude, and love for the women who have touched our lives in a special way. It’s a day to recognize the important role mothers play in shaping families and society. It can help foster a culture of gratitude and appreciation toward mothers and it can be a time to reflect on the love and compassion maternal figures provide to those closest to their hearts. April’s Garden and Women’s Resource Center have partnered again to honor the women in our lives that provide the emotional support, teach important life lessons, and set an example of selflessness and compassion. When you purchase Mother’s Day gifts from April’s Garden this year, you may also make a donation of $10 or more to Women’s Resource Center. With your donation, you will receive a lovely Mother’s Day card for the special woman in your life, which says “A donation to Women’s Resource Center has been made in your honor.” Stop by April’s Garden at 1259 Main Avenue or call them at 970-247-1633 to celebrate your mother this Mother’s Day.
