Body Compass Calibration with Brooke Smith Free. April 16. 6pm - 8pm at the Durango Public Library. From a young age, we've been trained to ignore the messages our body sends us and instead to think our way through our choices and actions. While our minds are responsible for a mere 40 bits of information per second, our bodies signal to us 11 MILLION bits per second! #FACTS How can we learn to hear those messages? The Body Compass workshop will help you build the connection between both your mind and body, possibly for the first time ever, so that you can learn to make moment-by-moment choices based on your integrity and truth. You will learn to master your to do list in this workshop. In time, you'll be able to use your Body Compass to navigate much larger choices you're faced with, (e.g. Should I quit my job? Buy a new home? How can I navigate this relationship in a healthier way?)! Join Master Certified Life-coach and author, Brooke Smith, for this Public Service Announcement.
